Baghyaraj is a highly experienced post-graduate engineer with over 16 years of expertise in ship and offshore installation engineering, surveys, construction, repairs, and retrofits. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed the dry-docking of more than 30 vessels of various types, handling both special surveys and retrofit projects. His extensive experience spans a wide range of marine engineering disciplines, demonstrating a deep understanding of the complexities of the industry. At Docking Solutions, he manages projects as a Docking Superintendent & Assistant and oversees the Docking Superintendent/Assistant department, Retrofit Superintendent/Supervision department, Machinery Overhauling department, and co-manages the NDT department, New Building Supervision and Survey department. Baghyaraj is an alumnus of the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), where he laid the foundation for his successful career in the maritime and offshore sectors.

Deviprasad is a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 18 years of experience in shipbuilding, ship repairs, and retrofits. He brings extensive engineering expertise, having successfully completed over 45 retrofit projects for Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS) and scrubber installations. In addition, he has managed the dry-docking of 10 vessels, overseeing both BWTS retrofits and special surveys. At Docking Solutions, he leads projects as a Docking Superintendent & Assistant and manages the NDT department. He also co- manages the Docking Superintendent/Assistant department, Retrofi Superintendent/Supervision department, Machinery Overhauling department, and the New Building Supervision and Survey department. Deviprasad's wealth of experience in the maritime industry underscores his proficiency in handling complex retrofit projects and ensuring the highest standards in ship repair and maintenance.

Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed the dry-docking of more than 30 vessels of various types, handling both special surveys and retrofit projects. At Docking Solutions, he oversees projects as Docking Superintendent & Assistant and manages the New Building Supervision and Survey department. He also co-manages the Docking Superintendent/Assistant department, Retrofit Superintendent/Supervision department, Machinery Overhauling department, and the NDT department. Vijay’s expertise spans multiple disciplines within the maritime and construction industries, showcasing his ability to deliver high-quality results in complex and demanding environments.
