Our Docking Superintendents (DS) and Docking Assistants (DA) are expertise in variety of vessel dry-docking varying from Container ships, Tankers, Bulk carriers, ASD tugs, PSVs, AHTSVs, well stimulation and well testing vessels. Over 90+ vessels were docked at various geographical locations spanning from east to west, Our top level participation are listed below and we are available to
undertake all or any of following activities on behalf owners & managers as per their choice.

• Conducting pre-docking survey.

• Preparing docking specification including steel reports as received from UTM.

• Yard assessment, inquiry, correspondence, and selection of the shipyard upon receiving a close-to-actual budgetary docking quote and project schedule.

• Leading opening meeting with shipyard and class surveyor, finalizing and issuing additional jobs to shipyard (if applicable).

• Monitoring daily project progress against proposed schedule and incorporating mitigation as required. Controlling quality and approving overall jobs in progress on board, at shipyard and vendor workshops. 

• Liaising with Class Surveyors, Service engineers, Yard, Vendors and Service providers.

• Daily reporting on job progress, biweekly reporting on quantitative estimates and weekly verification of draft invoices received to monitor and control cost.

• Inspection, commenting and accepting of jobs as applicable presented by shipyard, service engineers and service providers.

• Quantitative verification of final invoice against actual work done and updating owners and managers.
